Samsung at its Forum occasion in Kuala Lumpur reported
that the Galaxy TabPro S, a Windows 10-based tablet will be launched in India
sometime in April or May. The Windows 10 running Galaxy TabPro S was announced
back at CES 2016. The South Korean company said the tablet will go on sale in
launch markets, but did not revealed pricing details of the tablet.
The tablet offers top-of-the-line hardware specifications.
It sports a 12-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2160x 1440
pixels. It is powered by Intel Core M3 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and
comes with a choice of Windows 10 Home / Pro. The Galaxy TabPro S flaunts a
5-megapixel rear and front-facing camera. On the storage front, it has 128GB
and 256GB SSD and is packed with a 5200mAh battery.
Further, on the connectivity front, the tablet supports
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and NFC chip. Tthe LTE version offers 4G LTE connectivity
and there is a USB Type-C port at the bottom and a micro-USB 2.0 port.
